Mobility as a service A review
A research conducted last year by a respected company in UK shows that the percentage of mobile workforce has been increasing steadily due to the apparent benefits. While some industries have implemented the concept of mobile workforce partially to help employees be more productive, many have adopted it into the structure of their business to lower the operating costs or for their own unique reasons. With advantages come disadvantages too and mobile workforce has to deal with some disadvantages too such as loneliness and unforeseen costs to company. It is important for a business that is dependent on mobile workforce to keep his or her morale high by ensuring that everyone is comfortable while undertaking any assignment. There are various other issues to consider if your mobile workforce has to work simultaneously as a team and depend on each other to complete a project in hand.
